General verification process

NB-1. All the shortlist selected candidates are informed that, Their document verification notice will be sent to his/her registered email ID, according to the serial number. You will find instructions for document verification, inside your register e-mail ID. Document verification is done very carefully; otherwise the results of your verification may be unfit.

        All the shortlisted candidates are informed that they should be prepared for their First step document verification.

           Each of the shortlist selected candidates has been mailed to their registered email id for online document verification notice. The first Step document verification last date will be, 45 day from selection letter issue  date. Then the second step is to create a joining document. After the second step of the Joining Document Verification is successful, then you will receive join letter for the specified service Maritime transport department. All xerox documents must be do self-attested & Left thumb impressed. Then sent a mail in the specified mail id: onlinevrmtd@gmail.com ( For example, in the subject of mail, write this:- CANDIDATE NAME / Advertisement NOTICE NUMBER / APPLICATION NUMBER / REGISTERED MOBILE NUMBER ). And Xeroxes each document, scanning those pages with their own signature and Left thumb impress. Remember that, all documents need to be your name, father's name, mother's name, date of birth, own signature, Left thumb impress, one and the same. If not this kind, Then your candidate post will be rejected​. After complete the first step verification, do the second step verification done within 90 days (Maximum). The candidate will be able to search individually his / her processing status by the application number and date of birth. The list of documents that should be mailed for the first step document verification is listed below ....

1. Full fill up Five page Application form, E-selection letter. (The pdf of Application form and E-selection letter will be sent to the candidates registered mail-Id, with verification notice)

2. Voter ID, Passport, UID Card (AADHAR), Driving liscence. (Any One).

3. All qualification- mark sheet and certificate.

4. Pre-EMK course certificate, otherwise admission receipt.

(i)   All documents must be self-attested and left thumb finger print, printed by every xerox page.

(ii)    Once the document verification has been completed in the first stage, you will receive a confirmation mail and an advice to start the second stage document verification. Then read well and take the next step. At the same time, our representative calls the registered mobile number of the candidates.

(iii)  After the successfully of 1st step document verification, Each candidate will have a School certificate verification and Police verification. In this case, at their specific police station, the police verification process must be completed.
